Doug Sutherland started Citadel Management Company, formerly Citadel Equities Group, in 1998, and to this day is heavily involved in the development and leasing of his centers. Doug has a vast background and many years of experience within the commercial real estate industry.

Michelle Marden

President-Director of Asset Services

Michelle Marden joined Citadel in 2005, after 15 years in the industry, with a background of both commercial and residential property management and construction project management. As President, Michelle contributes her wealth of knowledge to asset management, leasing and construction to the successful day to day operations of the 2,000,000 square feet currently in Citadel’s management portfolio.

Shabnam Ezazi Drury

Vice President -Director of Asset Management

Shabnam Ezazi Drury joined the Citadel team in 2008 as a Property Manager. With many years of varying prior commercial management experience, she was able to incorporate her expertise with the Citadel properties. Now with 10+ years in the industry, and as Vice President, Shabnam continues to manage a portfolio as well as run the Asset Management Team.
