Citadel Management Company offers the oversight of tenant relations and retention, lease administration, monitoring of vendors, providing key services to the property, assisting the ownership group in monitoring budgets and capital expenditures, developing and obtaining bids for services, trouble shooting unforeseen escalations in expenses, and assisting with construction and facility repair supervision. We will proactively manage building maintenance requirements, 24/7 response to emergencies, and vendor relations.
